About HMEI Thread Co. Ltd Established in 2000, HMEI Thread Co. Ltd specializes in producing and selling viscose rayon embroidery thread and dyed viscose rayon filament yarn. Our products are very popular in Europe, the Americas, Japan, South Korea and the Middle East.
Imported materials and facilities
We bring 17 sets of cake dyeing machines, hank dyeing machines and winding machines from the US and Italy. And we also source high efficient auto-color-matching equipment from Switzerland. Plus, radiofrequency driers, auto-package lines and more than 1,000 sets of accessory machines are being equipped. Our materials are all from Grace.
Meeting international standards
Our 100,000-square-meter factory with more than 3,500 workers can turn out to 500 ton viscose rayon embroidery thread and dyed viscose rayon filament yarn respectively per month. And all of our products have passed the inspections of OEKO-Tex standard 100 and Intertek.
